Your day
has tides.
Plan your day in blocks. Pick a Jira ticket and Tidelog runs your Clockify timer, pauses it on every break, and moves the rest of the day when you fall behind.

01 · ONE TICKET, ONE TIMER
Pick the ticket.
The timer follows.
Choose what you're working on and Tidelog starts a live Clockify timer with the ticket's name, in the same format your team already reports.
- No ticket yetStart the block anyway. Nothing is logged until you pick one.
- Switch ticketsThe timer closes on the old one and opens on the new one.
- Changed your mindDiscard a ticket's time and Tidelog deletes those entries from Clockify for you.

02 · BREAKS THAT COUNT
Breaks stop
the clock.
Pomodoro runs inside every block. When a micro-break starts, the Clockify timer stops, and it starts again when you're back. Your timesheet shows work, not coffee.
03 · REFLOW
Fall behind.
The day moves with you.
Flexible blocks shift on their own. Fixed meetings stay put. If the day no longer fits, Tidelog tells you before you find out at six.
04 · INTEGRATIONS
Your hours, where
you already report them.
Clockify
A running timer per ticket, with your project, task and required fields filled in.
Jira
Pick from your assigned issues, or log straight to the ticket as a worklog.
Toggl Track
Every stretch of work becomes an entry in the right project.
Calendar
Today's meetings become fixed blocks. Nothing to import.
05 · MEET THE CREW
Two small sea creatures
keep you company.
Flow
Lives in your menu bar and in the block you're working on. Pulses with the timer, and glows red when a block runs over.
Ebb
Shows up when the work stops. Does push-ups on your breaks, walks sideways when the day slips, hides in his shell on days with no plan.
06 · WHO IT'S FOR
For days that answer
to a timesheet.
Developers
Your sprint lives in Jira. Your hours should land there too, without a second app to babysit.
Freelancers and agencies
Bill the hours you worked, not the ones you remembered on Friday.
Anyone with a routine
Reading, a language, the gym. Blocks that move when life does.
07 · PRIVACY
Your days
stay yours.
- Your plans live on your devices and in your private iCloud. No Tidelog server keeps them.
- Changes cross between your Mac and iPhone through a relay, sealed end to end. It can't read them.
- No account to create, no analytics, no tracking.
- API tokens stay in your Keychain. Time goes only where you send it. Read the privacy policy

09 · QUESTIONS
Before you ask.
When can I use it?
Now. Tidelog is in open beta: install TestFlight from the App Store on your Mac or iPhone, then open the beta link. The iPhone joins the beta with version 0.2.0.
Which languages does it speak?
English and Spanish. Tidelog follows your Mac's language; to pick one for Tidelog alone, go to System Settings › General › Language & Region › Applications.
Does it work with my Clockify workspace?
Yes. Some workspaces block adding time after the fact. Tidelog handles that by running a live timer while you work, so turn on "Ask for a Jira ticket" on your work blocks and every stretch is logged as it happens.
Do I need an account?
No. Tidelog keeps your data on your devices and, with Pro, in your private iCloud, synced through your Apple Account. You connect Clockify, Jira or Toggl with your own tokens.
What do I need to run it?
A Mac with macOS 26 or later, an iPhone with iOS 26 or later, or both. To keep them in sync, get Pro and sign in to the same Apple Account on each.
What happens if I stop paying?
Tidelog goes back to Free and deletes nothing. Each device keeps working on its own with everything it has, your iCloud copy stays where it is, and the routine you use keeps running; the others wait, read only, until you come back to Pro.
